    I returned this item and the company refuses to refund my money. I have called several times and was assured each time that I would get a refund but I have not. Beware.

    This is the second print server ordered within one week, as the first one did not work at all right from the start. I did receive full credit for the return of the bad first unit, but I had to pay the return shipping charges. That was the only bad part. Credit to my account was applied within the six weeks as promised. D-Link tech support was helpful. Customer service at techonweb.com was good, all business-like. Recommended still!

    Item arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.My problem with this merchant is that they did not provide tracking information until 3 days after placing order. The invoice indicated that my order was shipped on Friday, the day the order was placed, yet the tracking information indicated that it did not ship until Monday.I wish this vendor would improve their communication with buyers more accurately.
