    Worst customer service. No response to emails, voice mails. Web site says chat can be done, but no link.Takes very long time to ship.

    I buy stuff from Meritline all the time. Always dependable although very slow to respond to your questions by email. Shipping takes a long time to the East Coast.

    Ordering on line has been great. I havent received merchandise so cant comment on shipping and handling. The shipment took two weeks, but I was advised they had to check to make sure the $40.00 goverment coupon was okay before shipping the converter box. Im am extremely happy with the converter box, which is one of the best, re: consumer reports, and the price was lower than any other merchant, plus the shipping was free.
