The graphics card we bought doesnt work in our computer. But thats caused by my lack of knowledge, I guess, and its non-returnable since we broke the seal to try installing the card.

Packaging for shipment left a lot to be desired. My ink cartridges were shipped in a soft pack and were nearly destroyed when they arrived. If it had not been for the desparate need of my customer, I would have sent them back.

This was my second order within a few days because I forgot to add an item from my original order. When I explained, they offered free shipping on an inexpensive item as a courtesy. I received items within a couple of days. I would definitely order from Cost Central again.

Easy to use, even for some one like me who does not order online that much....Follow up on my order. I ordered my printer on 7/17/08 it is now 7/26/08 and still have not recived my printer.
