Called and spoke to a guy named Qadri to make sure part was in stock, he assured me it was so i placed the order. Later I got an email with a tracking number saying order has shipped. The next day Qadri calls me at the company I work for ( we are on a trading network together ) and he asks me for pricing on a part number, then gives me the same part number I ordered from him the day before. He assured me it was for something else, then a couple days later in the middle of the weekend he emails me asking if he can ship me a completely different drive instead because he doesnt have the drive i ordered. The other drive was not usable as a replacement.

Placed the order on a Monday, and received the order the following Wednesday via USPS priority mail. I ordered 5 RAM modules for different computers at work and the order was perfect. I am very satisfied with Memory4Less.

Customer service is terrible. Check, double check, recheck and then make sure youre 100% positive before you order.I had to update my original entry to further express this is not a company to buy memory from, their customer service is the worst. They finally contacted me only to waste my time with slow repeated irrelevant questions, then told me it was my own fault for the error not theirs. They could not do anything to help me, after 3 days of emails.

I did call the sales deparmtent number to confirm availability and to have them calculate the shipping costs. They ship on time and there sales department is great they provide tracking info. I have never had to question pricing or order status.

While they have a very innovative system for ordering, that is about it. If there is a problem with your order, such as parts missing, they are not quick to respond to any request

I have filled up all eight Linux machines with Memory4Less512 meg ECC modules of Memory4Less SDRAM modules. The Memory4Less hardware is super easy to install, and I have yet to experience any kind of failure that originates in the Memory4Less RAM.If I ever need more reliable memory for my computers, Iwill be sure to remember how I was treated by Memory4Less.

I ordered a notebook hard drive by part number and recieved a completely incompatable taiwanese knockoff. While the delivery time was extremely fast, the loss of time and trust to the merchant dissapoints me greatly. Will update upon receiving refund and/or correct HD.
