    Its hard to buy things online, but J&R makes me feel like I am in the store and leaves me with no worries if I have to return something. Excellent customer service, knowledgable, great prices and selection! Best people I have ever dealt with and will always recommend them.

    The order didnt go through and Google kicked it out. I then had to call and they were super nice over the phone at J&R. I later got an email that my order had been cancelled yet I received the parcel a couple days later. That was odd.

    I felt that shipping for the CDs was excessive if they are being shipped as one package. Also with no tracking nor notice I have no idea when they will arrive. Many sites give an estimated arrival date and ship immediately.

    Plan on buying more products from JR.com. They were easy to deal with, and quick delivery it only took 3 days with the free shipping.
