I had to retract my earlier comments since I received an e-mail yesterday asking me to call the credit department. When I called the credit department I was informed that since my order is more than $1000.00, and Im using an international credit card, It is the store policy to require a wire transfer. I did not get an explanation about the wire transfer as the line was cut. When I called again after a few minutes and mentioned my order number I was told that my order cannot be processed because there was no stock! However upon checking on your website and also from Amazon there are available stock for my order. I contacted my credit card company and asked about the wire transfer and I was told that it was the first time they encountered that a transaction failed to push through even after I have given my credit card number and the last 3 digits at back of my card. Having had enough of this run around I tried to cancel my order from this merchant but I found out that I cannot do so!

I all think to your companys product satisfaction, except notimmediate explanation product ?capital, but also some hires theguest on-line to order all has leaves behind e-mail how therefore hasthe accident in (not to be on-line) the immediate notice to have tohire the guest to do

I have purchased several photographic items from you, and was always satasfied with both price delivery and service,even when I had to return a defective product customer service was very helpful and handeled the return and credit without a peoblem.

I had to return a defective Music for Mac and everyone I talked with on the phone provided the answers and service I needed. I just received the replacement and couldnt be more satisfied.
