    Tripp Lite Surge protector HT3100pc at Newegg was $149.99 plus $10.73 shipping. Same surge protector at PCNation was $116.95 with free shipping. Thank you PCNation, goodbye Newegg!

    i almost jumped for joy when i searched yahoo shop and saw a canon sd1100 for $185, with FREE shipping, and NO taxes to Pittsburgh. this is very good for me cause i am a broke college student and i cant afford anything else. haha i was almost skeptical but well see when my order comes in. :)

    A very very nice experience. When my package arrived, the model 760 Garmin nuvi GPS ordered was not shipped. Instead, when I opened the shipping container there was an upgrade to model 770. When I compared the two on the Garmin website, the retail value of the 770 was $200 higher and on the PCNation website it was $120 higher. I was concerned that shipping may had made a mistake so I called the customer service number included on the manifest. The gentleman I spoke with explained that the 760 model had run out and, instead of making customers wait any longer for their shipments, they decided to upgrade orders to the 770 model. I was very impressed with the person I spoke with and also with the companies decision. I have worked with LL Bean and I know how they go out of their way to make sure every customer is completely satisfied. If PCNaiton.com continues with this attitude, they too will have a world class company and one with whom I will be happy to do business.

    Placing order was somewhat difficult, and annoying that everyone is required to create an account with a password, with no option to place an order as a guest. Then received email saying that order status (shipping, ect) could be checked by logging into the PCNation web site, but it would not accept the email and password I set when I placed the order. Frustrating.

    Ordered Epson Printer RX680 on Sunday(8/9/2008), printer arrived at 11:30 Tuesday(8/12/2008) morning, this was with FedEx 3 day free shipping, but it was really overnight, processed order on Monday, received it the next day, fantastic service.
