    The order arrived in a timely fashion, but the GPS unit was broken. I returned it (for an exchange) as per the companys instructions and included a note indicating that I had moved and needed the replacement sent to the new address. I included the new address. They sent the unit to the old address where I no longer lived and they charged my credit card for shipping both to and from the old address. When I called to discuss this with them, the woman answering the phone was exceedingly rude and hung up on me. I tried to resolve this with them by sending a letter and several emails, but received no response. I finally had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I would NOT recommend this company.

    skeptical at unknown lowest priced site, but they sent me emails to let me know the status of my order and when it shipped (no tracking info), and it arrived promptly.

    When shopping online I look for:A.) An 800 phone #,B.) If I can find the store?s physical address listed in the contact area,C.) The cost of shipping and taxes are readily displayed before I?m required to enter personal information,D.) And the terms of the sale are easy to find, make sense and are reasonable.E.) The web site is easy to navigate.Comp-U-Plus met those conditions and was among one of the least expensive for my primary item, a GPS. They also carried the exact accessories I was looking for and those were also competitively priced.
