    Very good price and shipping. Well, when the order arrived it was not what I expected. The product description says "The factory replaces all warn parts including the OPC drum, rollers, toner, seal, and chips". They describe it as including the drum and call it a laser cartrige, but as it turns out, it is just a toner cartridge. I was very disappointed. They need to put the right product name and description.

    Great merchant with good pricing. However, after receiving the order I noticed that they label packaging with their logo. I am ordering these products for resale. Had to mark out logo.

    So far easy... Just going to have to wait and see if the cartridges actually work as advertised... Well, I did recieve my cartridges... and I hate to say it, but I do not think that they are working right. It could be something I am doing, but for some reason, my printer will not print in black...
