    There was a breakdown of communication at first,but this was finally corrected. I was called personally to explain the confusion and I was called again when the back order was resolved. The owner was very courteous and helpful and I was more than satisfied.

    Classic bait and switch: offered an older all-in-one printer at a low price, then said it was unavailable and suggested an alternative at twice the price. The site still shows the originally-ordered printer, AFTER informing me it was unavailable.

    Very satisfied. The shipping charges/info were a little confusing, but they worked hard to get the order here when we needed it. Will definitely use them again.
