    My experience would have been negative because the GPS unit I received was defective and I was frustrated by this, but the customer service representative - Nancy - was understanding, cooperative, patient, and knowledgeable. She gave me an RA number, explained how simple the trade was, and encouraged me to select from additional brands if I was unhappy with the manufacturer of my defective GPS. All in all, her genuine desire to help made all the difference, and I continue to regard Buydig.com as a number 1 electronics seller. Thanks.

    This was my first experience with buydig.com and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was very hesitant to purchase electronics online but found that their pricing was too good to pass up and I thought I would take the chance. I am so glad I did, I saved myself ~$500. I purchased a Samsung 40? LCD TV that I had done several price comparisons with local retailers. Once I found the TV that I knew was of the quality I was looking for I happened upon buydig.com and thought there is no way this online store could offer this TV at such discounted prices. I read EVERY disclosure on the website to ensure the merchandise is new. My TV arrived as promised within 2 weeks of purchase, the delivery serv. made arrangements for delivery and arrived on time. Also, there was also NO DELIVER CHARGE AND NO STATE TAX!!! I am very pleased with my purchase and will NEVER purchase electronics from a retailer again! Buydig has a customer for life!!
