    Have dealt with the Geeks since 1999. Only ever had one problem piece of merchandise, which was quickly resolved. Good service, fast shipping.

    First order with this company, will have to reserve judgment until item is received satisfactorily. This is a refurb item.Update: I couldnt get the first one to work properly and I called and got a live person and they set up a ticket for me to return it and get another at no charge, they even sent the new one before they got the old one back! I think it worked fine now but I had it hooked up wrong. I havent used all of the features but the item works ok so far. Great job!
