    I had a very satisfying experience on the website. I have purchased from TheNerds in the past and was not surprised by the experience. 20091210: I received the shipment and there was no noticeable damage to the box. When the package was opened 2 of the 3 5ft glass shelves were shattered and I had to return the shipment. I have not received the replacement as of today (it is not currently overdue).

    They ship quick but not with good packaging. It looks like someone just throws the cans in the box without much packaging. I also got an email with all my UPS tracking numbers. Theres a total of 21 numbers, but only one works. They gave me 20 wrong UPS numbers that I cant track.

    TheNerds.net sent me a faulty product (home theater system) and would not accept a return or exchange. This same product is returnable/exchangeable with other online merchants. In fact, other online merchants provide money back guarantees and better overall service.

    I ordered a thermal printer. Found out it won't work without a special 24 volt adapter. Nothing on your site says I needed this!!!! Called customer service and was told I should contact the manufacturer to find out how to get one. 1) Clearly mark this item won't work without a 24 volt adapter2) Maybe you should carry the adpater if you sell the printer

    I ordered my fishfinder on Sat Nov 14th and I still have not received it. I called and was told it is coming from Calf and I wont get it untill Nov 25th.I was not notified of this delay and I usually order from amazon.com. I called and Eric gave me a credit for the shipping. I also paid tax because it was shipped from Florida but since it was shipped from Calf warehouse I should have not paid tax. I would like someone to please respond to this issue so that I may feel confortable ordering from you again.I think since there was a problem they should have shipped it and paid for the faster shipping.THank You,Joanne Gould

    They were rude, unhelpful, uncaring, I will never buy from TheNerds.net again, they are truly NERDS!! Still no refund, I have challenged the charge to my card.

    I received my order the next day!! There was a problem with it and I was able to return it and get a replacement. Overall, very good experience. I would order from The NErds again.
