    The product was packaged in a very durable and secured box. I got payment and shipping confirmation the day after I posted my order. The shipping was fast enough for free. Also the product works great!Definetly shop again with this seller.

    Ordered a toner cartridge that arrived as advertised, ahead of schedule. Using a 3rd party customer support portal is a little peculiar but it works well.

    Nothing exceptional happened. We were told it was out of stock, but was told later that it was. Security on the internet is very important.we felt that this part was handled very well. We would definetly recommend this merchant to our friends. The price for the lamp was the best that we could find.
