    So far so Good...5th Order in so many years...never a problem.Had a problem with FedEx but before I contacted the merchant I had worked it out.

    After waiting a week, I had to call to get the tracking number for my order. When I called, I was told it must be a "technical glitch" that it wasn't sent. I think the technical glitch was that the information was never entered properly for me to receive it. Ironically, the item came yesterday and the tracking information was emailed to me today. After opening the dishwasher, it is apparent this is not a brand new machine, it looks like it was a display model somewhere. The energy guide label on the inside of the door is faded and filthy. I used the machine several times and then it started leaking from the back of the unit at which point I found out that this machine has apparently been repaired as well. The back cover is bent like it was removed and wasn't put back quite right and there is a loop at the top of the back cover that should hold the power cord and doesn't.Now I'm being charged $15 to have a replacement sent from Haier. This will be my last order from thenerds.net

    I just received my Kodac ESP5 on 12-03-09 and I love it. It was so simple to hookup even for me, it prints and scans beautiful and very simple to work. Thank you so much for such a nice product and at a good price.Mary Holt
