The item was in stock. Price excellent verses on line competition.The overall experience was quite acceptable.Now I await the item to see what was done to the package to insurearrival in excellent condition.This item was return REPACK. The carton showed evidence of this.I have the UPS labels taken off the carton showing to whom this item was sent and then returned to Directron.com.The vendor Directron.com should have clearly indicated that the item they were shipping was a return/repack and the item shouldhave correctly been offerd with a discount of 33%.Not disclosing this constitutes fraud on the part of Directron.com.I will contact them tomorrow to pursue this further. I checked with AMEX with whom the charge was made and was advised that I can make a partial claim which I intend to execute.Carful examination of the carton showed excessive tape being usedto seal it and shipping wear was evident in the cartons overallcondition. I have photos.

Good Organization, items was ordered at 3pm on 9 Jun 08 and I received them on 10 Jun 08 at 4 pm. Most retailers take at least 2 day before you receive a shipping tracker number. I received the shipping number on 10 Jun and received the items on 10 Jun. The items are as always throughly packed and as advertised. I believe that Directron is the Best service on the web. Prices were very competative.

When I went through checkout, the price was not as listed on PriceGrabber (higher shipping). Late the next business day, I get an email: item sold out, no ETA. I cancelled the order and wont be ordering from them again. They continue to be listed on PriceGrabber as having the item.

I am a long-time customer of Directron.com. Customer service is excellent. They are the only ones with better prices than zipzoomfly.com and have a great selection of hard-to-find items.One time I had to return an item, and even though it was MY mistake, they shipped the new item before I even returned the old one. Super fast, excellent customer service. They really care about each order no matter how small.
