    I have ordered from this merchant several times over the last couple of years. The pricing is usually very competative and I am able to find items that are not always available elsewhere or are much more expensive. Many merchants are marked off my list, but this merchant will continue to have our repeat business.

    Quality customer service all the way! The price was fantastic and delivery was on time!Customer service rep. was very professional with following up to confirm receipt of delivery and customer satisfaction! Because of this--I have already referred several others to check out Matter of Fax and place their orders!

    They provide good follow up and let you know when payment was processed and when product shipped. I did not quick ship so do to a holiday and weekend it took 13 days but there was no rush on this order. A Matter of Fax has good customer service and a wide range of products, including some hard to find lamps and bulbs we needed. I would use them again.
