Spent over $1,000 in this order on imaging units for a copier as the machine indicated they were going to be replaced soon. We've replaced one so far (the black one, no need to replace color units yet) and it failed. As 30 days past since the order, they basically told us to take a hike and refuse to try to resolve the issue. BUYER BEWARE!
