    SLOW AS COULD BE TO GET THE ORDER OUT AND FINALLY RECEIVED. IN FAIRNESS THE PRODUCT IS FIRST CLASS OEM AND NOT REFILLED.IT WAS CHEAP AT $5.95 AND INCLUDED POSTAGE. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU ORDER WELL BEFORE YOUR EXISTING CART RUNS OUT AND THEN IT WILL NOT BE SO PAINFUL. THERE COMMUNICATION IS DECENT AND I WOULD ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BUT WELL AHEAD OF RUNNING DRY.

    My first order so I don't know about delivery or the suitability of the compatible ink cartridges.Received half of order. The other the half was out of stock and unlikely to be restocked - a refund is in progress

    I've dealt with TonerMax before, for OEM Brother toner and drums, and what they promise is what you get -- speedily, with no fuss.

    I just ordered the part needed and did not have any trouble logging in or finding my part. I do not yet have any further experience with this vendor.

    They sent me a defect one. No phone # to reach them. Opened ticket but no response at all.

    Best price for genuine Brother TN-350 toner cartridge. Unfortunately, the order was processed 4 business days after it was placed. The item was received inside a box, but the bottom of the toner box was missing a good portion of the box. No idea what happened to it. The cartridge in the foil package looks to be intact.

    Am trying this business as printingsupplies.com took my money but have not shipped my order. It is over a month and they are not returning phone calls or e-mails, but pricegrabber still gives them 5 stars, get with it!
