    The person on the phone was nice but didnt explain anything as far as shipping or delivery. Also I had to call back to get the order number..then after all that they called and said they didnt have the merchandise I ordered....

    No problem placing order. Since I had not purchased anything from Comparemaster before I was concerned how the order would be processed. I was very pleased that the items were correctly shipped in a very timely manner and promptly received in good shape. Very pleased with their service and will use them again.
