Ordered 2 new TomTom 920t GPS, great pricing. Got both in timely fashion - but one was obviously an open box / refurb as it had stickers all over it with stock #s and "tested" stickers on it and the box was re-taped excessively. Called to return, customer service was friendly & responsive, didnt have any more new ones in stock so I got issued a pre-paid mailing label within 2 hours. Would give another chance in the future if the pricing was right.

Unfortunately, we experienced nothing but trouble with this purchase. The unit was an open box - arrived with the yellow cartridge broken and toner all over the place. Figuring it was a problem with the cartridge itself, we replaced the toner with an new cartridge and ended up with the same problem. Contacted the company and they sent us a 3rd cartridge, but upon arrival we found it had exploded in the box during shipping. Contacted the company AGAIN within 15 days of haveing the unit, and they stated they would have it repaired or replaced in 48 hours. Five days later, still havent heard from them. Called again. Stated they had sent out a replacement unit and that it wouldnt arrive for 5 days. This puts the replacement unit outside the 30 day warranty period. Not sure what they are trying to do. Why not repair/replace as originally stated over 10 days ago? Customer service response to email inquiries was not acceptable or accurate to the question.

I have been having problems downloading updates to Vista and it crashes routinely and particularly have problems with IE. I am to be contacted by tech support within the next 2 days.
