    I have been having problems downloading updates to Vista and it crashes routinely and particularly have problems with IE. I am to be contacted by tech support within the next 2 days.

    I would definitely shop here again. I ordered 2 Philips LCD TVs and even with shipping costs I saved a bundle (believe me...Ive been shopping around for months). As a matter of fact, I originally was going to order only 1 but with the awesome pricing I decided I could use another one for our bedroom. I received a personal phone call from one of the representatives the following morning just to make sure that I did not accidentally order the 2 televisions. The TVs arrived in a little less than 3 days. They were nicely packaged and in perfect working condition. If you are remotely hesitant from ordering on-line, dont be. Their service is fantastic! I will be spreading the word to my family/friends :)
