    Placing the order was straightforward, and taxes and shipping expenses were clearly explained. Shipping and expected delivery dates were not explained at all, and no mention was made of whether my item was in stock or not. That latter could be good or bad!

    Not being able to ship to a different address than my billing address was a pain. My billing address is a P.O. and of course they dont ship to P.O.s so they made me call my credit card company and add a temporary address for shipping which took forever. This policy alone will keep me from using this site again and from recommending it. Please rethink the value of this policy. I shop on line daily and this is the first time I have ever come across a policy like this that makes the customer waste time and effort just to purchase something from your company...

    The shipping is free on the Pricegrabber website but actually a shipping fee of $6.69 was charged on my order. This is not consistent!
