    I originally asked that you follow up since I had just ordered the printer when you asked me to complete the questionnaire. As a follow up, the laser printer arrived on time. When I opened it, I was surprised to find a scratched up unit with no instructions or toner. I thought the write up on the unit said it came with toner. After 3 telephone calls, the last of which was threatening to cancel the order on my credit card, I did get a woman who called and said that since this was a used unit, it doesnt come with installation manual. She had her tech call the next day and he guided me thru the installation process. The money I spent purchasing this printer and the toner could have paid for a new one at Staples. Also when I mentioned the scratches and banged up look, the tech told me that since the unit worked, I would have to pay to send it back. This has been the only negative experience Ive had using PriceGrabber.com.

    In the process of on-line ordering, I had a question concerning warranty & returns. I called left a message. Their responded in about a hour. They were helpful, and seemed sincere. I received the printer the next day. The service, and quality exceeded my expectations.
