Good overall experience.Would have liked to talk to a representative live online or on the phone to discuss my order and shipping.. But still a great experience.When the item was received it was DOA. Ended up buying a normal caller ID phone from wal-mart to fix the problem

The return fee is a bit excessive @ 20% There are several companies who do not charge a restocking fee. Customer service was very rude. On the website they make you agree to terms in order to proceed with the return process. Otherwise you cant get and RMA. To many good companies out there to hassle with this one.

This merchant did everything right. They had a low price on the item I purchased. They packed it well. They shipped it UPS which is much more reliable than USPS and they delivered it to my door in 3 days. I could not ask for any better service! I would definitely recommend this merchant to anyone.
