    PCUniverse had one of the best price. And their order to ship time was resonable. Although they could have done a better job at giving an estimate of when your order will ship at checkout time.

    After several failed and very painful experiences trying to order this same computer through other vendors, it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with your sales rep Gorden. He actually knew what he was talking about, and every thing he told me was the truth. What a concept. He delivered and met all my expetations. He was awsome. If the rest of your company is any thing like him, we will be doing a lot more business. Thank you Gorden for a wounderful, easy, painless, shopping experience.

    I had a great experience ordering from Patriot PC. I am stationed in Okinawa Japan and it is hard to find companies that are willing to ship to the FPO AP address.

    the pricegrabber survey taken after the purchase was the only bad thing, it slowwed my system down to a crawl. It was the only window and application open so I dont know what gives. Im on a pretty sturdy system. Otherwise my experience was great.

    My experience with PC Universe has not been good. I cant say whether the problem is lack of business ethics or an inferior order entry process, but I can state the following: 1) A query for the product I was loking for showed a qty of 2 available.2) I immediately ordered for 1, paying by PayPal.3) AFTER the payment was processed, PC UNIVERSE showed item as BACKORDERED.4) Contacted customer service twice for delivery date with no commitment.I feel I was "hooked" and left hanging.

    Just ordered.Next day, I was informed the item was backordered and order fulfillment was uncertain as it was a refurbished item. I didnt see refurbished anywhere in the ad.I cancelled the order.
