    I received the wrong item. I called to have this corrected, talked to someone who told me I would be called back, and never was called. I sent an e-mail and got an automatic return authorization. I returned the incorrect item three weeks ago and have not heard back despite leaving another e-mail. Now the correct item is out of stock.

    I ordered over the phone and it was pretty painless. They contacted me promptly when they had a problem w/my cc (they wrote the number incorrectly), so the order was processed in a timely manner. I would like to see a quicker turnaround time between placing the order and it actually shipping.

    PC Universe offered 4GB thumbdrives on Amazon for $4.39. This order was placed and acknowledged by Amazon but the next day the order was cancelled with no explanation. I note this item is back in stock according to Amazon so it could not have been an inventory issue. Be very, very, wary!!!

    Don't trust these people. They use a bate and switch tactic.They tell you one price than tell you that the item is out of stock then try to sell you the same item a day later for 9 times the original price.For your own good use anyone else other than PC Universe.I give them a zero and company's like them usually go out of business.

    disappointed. When I checked the status of my order, it was incomplete and said soemthing like 'waiting for customer response'. I never received any email informing me there was a problem with the order, so i called the company and was told that my card was denied. I verified the credit card information with the cust. service rep and was told that they couldnt see the reason but my card wasnt approved. I called my bank and was told that i had well over the $82 needed to cover my order (which I knew). Instead of going through anymore hurdles w/ pcuniverse I went to circut city & got the exact same printer that day, using guess what, my same credit card that they denied. I ended up paying about $10 more for the printer after taxes, but I was able to use it that night and not have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. The part that bothers me most is not that they didnt accept my card, its that there was never any notice sent to let me know there was a problem; I wouldve continued waiting for my printer to arrive for who knows how long, putting my business behind more and more. Never again will I bother using PCuniverse, the $ I wouldve saved on the sale price they offered went directly to the high shipping costs anyways. Not worth it.The only good sides were 1) great sale price on the canon I wanted. $54, circut city was $79 and 2) the sales rep. that helped me was polite. Under ordinary circumstances, these points would have been stellar, since they couldnt complete my transaction, these things were worthless :(
