    disconnect b/w pricegrabber price and the price on website. website price clearly explained. proof of successful order will be in the delivery.

    are good. I actually canceled the order prior to shipping. I had no problem with them doing so. They were polite and understanding. I answered the questions above in line with what I did experience and gave a neutral answer for questions about things I did not.

    My initial impression was very good. They called to confirm that I had not accidentally double ordered (I ordered two somewhat similar cameras). They told me once confirmed they would ship that day. Two days later someone called again to ask about shipping information and credit card info not matching which they hadnt mentioned before, and when they finally got it right, one item was sold out so had to be back ordered. I still havent received the back order item. So it has not been great.

    A couple of weeks ago I bought a flat TV screen, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipment. Then, They even called me to inquire if everything was ok: this company definetly has a very good customer service. The prices are fair. I am buying now a UV filter for a camera, which unfortunately I bought with another vendor (just to save a few dollars) with the result of having a lot of problems. From now on I will give consideration first to OneCall.
