    They are very reliable. After I place the order, they called me to confirm my order/shipping address, and led me know the shipping schedule and estimated delivery date. They do not necessary have the lowest price (but very competitive) on the net, but I purchase rather high price equipment from them because of their reliability.

    I am not happy so far everytime I have call the 800 number and the local number nobody anwsers the telephone. I need my order before this weekend and because nobody anwsers the telephone, I and not sure if the overnight shipment has been sent. Also the online tracking system does not work. Being a frist time customer to 17th street photo, it makes me think I should of use a company I have used before.It was been about two weeks since I placed my order and now I know why nobody would answer the telephone. It was Columbus Day, but it was Thursday when I was calling. Next time make sure it is very clear on the website when you will be closed and fix the tracking system on your website. Over all I would use 17th street photo again. Thank you for the good service.

    This is my first transaction with this merchant. It would have been helpful if the rebate form was shipped with the product. It was a very good experience. Ill shop here again!

    Ordered a canon sx110 camera and two SDHC cards on Thurs evening and recieved them on following Wed morning. That in my estimation is pretty good for standard shipping and over a weekend. Product was well packaged and exactly as ordered. This companys rating on pricegrabber and resellerratings is well deserved.

    I have made purchases with 17th Street Photo in the past. This purchase, as in the past, was as enjoyable as always. The equipment was exactly as ordered and the one day delivery time was outstanding. Id also like to point out that since my home address was different from the shipping address, 17th Street Photo contacted me by both e-mail and telephone. They wanted to confirm the address the equipment was to be delivered to. This says something about their secure shipping policy as well.I wouldnt, and will not, hesitate to purchase from the company in the very near future.
