    I called 42nd street photo because i heard from a relative that they were the place to go to for great prices, and good service. They had my camera in-stock, and ready to be shipped it out immediately. I got it in two days via ups shipping!  The web site was very easy to use and all items were clearly displayed right in front of your eyes. My advice to all of you: call in to place the order its much easier and smoother. I had an amazing first time experience with 42nd Street Photo. Excellent prices, excellent service.

    Until now its beeing almost perfect!They wanted charge me $30,00 more just because my credit card is from outside the US, so I cancelled the purchase.

    Tried to phone like they wanted you too due to internet volume but was left on hold for 40 minutes. Internet sales is only way to GO!

    Just placed order. seems good so far, but of course the magic is not taking the order, but delivering the correct product in a timely manner.They called to "confirm" the order and left me a message. I was traveling so I didnt call back for a few days. They needed to ask me some questions about how I would be using the product. Although i would normally be bothered by this, because i care about privacy, it wasnt bad, and they shipped out my order and I got it the day after I called them back.

    200% satisfied customer! I ordered my digital camera as a Christmas present for my daughter. I called 42nd street photo, because they had a fantastic and TRUE price on the Internet. Unlike other retailers that sell their items at a lower price but fail to ship them. The gentleman that I placed my order with (I think his name was john) was extremely courteous and friendly throughout the entire phone conversation. Three hours after placing my order with him I received an email confirmation along with a tracking number to let me know my scheduled delivery time. Three days later my package arrived to me in Virginia in perfect condition . The shopping experience with 42nd street photo was going to be one of many. I only wish I knew about them last year, I couldve saved a lot of time and money. Thank you 42nd street photo for taking great care of me. My daughter is going to be so happy when she gets her digital camera on Christmas Eve. Chris B.

    --Update: I ordered the day after Thanksgiving which I think they got extremely busy and probably caused things to slip a bit. I did call after a week to check on the status. The rep was very helpful, courteous and got the order out the same day as my call. The rep did not try to pressure sell any accessories, had he Id have canceled the order. The item only took 3 business days to receive after calling to check up. Item is new and so far seems great but Ive hardly used it so far.
