    Got a fed ex pickup number but never got the order. Order tracking says not picked up. Not shipped as far as I can tell. I canceled after over 30 days. If they do this alot and the FTC finds out, they'll be gone.

    Would you like to buy things and have them not be shipped? Try JAZ. Would you like to get emails with tracking numbers that don't mean anything? Try JAZ. How about a complete lack of communication, either by email or phone? JAZ is your retailer.Buy from them at your own risk

    Ordered hard drive and was sent an e-mail giving me FedEx tracking number and told the item was shipped on Sept. 17, 2009. Checked that number several days later and called FedEx. They never received the package from JAZ. Called JAZ only to get voice mail which promised return call. Never received any call from them. Called again; same result. Sent two e-mails; no response. Only after I called my credit card company and disputed the charge, did I received a broken English, grammatically incorrect e-mail telling me FedEx lost it, they had a new tracking number (which he never gave me) and I would have the drive in 24-48 hours. Never arrived. Since then, I have never heard from the company. I am filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau.

    16 days after the order has been placed and no delivery, and the shipping number is phoney. Not to trust this group.

    I placed an order on September 28th. I received an email on September 29th that the drive is out of stock and if i wanted another drive. We agreed to send out another drive. I have left SEVERAL MESSAGES and NOT A SINGLE REPLY!!! Ive been promised to have a drive 2nd day delivery. Its been 3 WEEKS and still NO DRIVE!! I will NEVER buy from JAZ Technologies!

    There are not any ways to get response from the company either via phone or mail/web site.The answer machine is the only voice existence but never returning the call.To get some answer is when you push to cancel the order or stop payment/get full refund.And also the product you order can be arrived the wrong one.This is my first negative experience for the last more than 10 years.
