    Loved that I didn't have to create an account, just used the Amazon shipping option and was finished in no time (PayPal and Google Checkout also offered). Shipped out promptly and arrived a little beat up, but product still in new condition.

    I had no idea Open Box meant that the previous user's pictures and music would still be on this phone. Bought a Nokia 5800 and was startled to see this otherwise mint phone had photos and tons of music downloads hogging up space. Creepy, too, considering recent news about people being wrongly convicted for internet kiddie porn on used and refurbished computers. The least they could do is clean it out before selling it.

    Pricegrabber.com listed a lower shipping price for "Tech for Less" than actualy charged. Even after I entered my zip code.
