Butterflyphoto has many issues and you should think twice before purchasing from them!1. Dont let the cheap prices fool you; salesmen pressure you into buying warranties and accessories which drive the price up higher than other web sites.About the warranty-- 2. If you do not purchase the extended warranty you are basically SOL, as they refuse to deal with you if there are any damages to the TV in shipping. And to show how disreputable this company is, even if you purchase the extended warranty and there is damage in shipping, their policy states that you must then pay shipping both ways! 3. This company will not answer emails after they sell a product, and try to find a pleasant person to talk on the phone with!I would rather pay double than to deal with them.

I got a great deal on plasma TV from Butterfly, beat all other pricing I saw on the web. That being said I was skeptical, however customer service and the entire ordering process went smoothly. I highly recommend and will encourage others in my family to buy from them.

Reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried, plus the fact that they were on the high $ end of the bait n switch sites. HOWEVER, NJ-AZ Wed-Fri for a factory sealed USA market Lumix - IM SOLD! These guys tried NO funny stuff, just shipped exactly what I ordered in 2 days cross country! Impressive!!!

The ordering process was smooth and easy. The order confirmation was quick the only problem was the confirmation of shipping the product. There wasnt one so theres a bit of faith required.

As a working mom, I finally found time and updated my camcorder to a DVD recorder from Butterfly Photo. Customer service was so helpful and patient in providing me step-by-step guidance over the phone that it was as though they were sitting right next to me the whole time! This was a great shopping experience for me as a beginner and electroncally challenged customer.
