    I checked all paperwork to see if there was mention of delivery date, but couldnt find one. This is the only downer I would mention - so kind of kept me guessing when it might arrive.All other service was very positive. Thanks and regards, S.

    I received my scanner on time but the other part of my order was lost in shipment. However, I would like to say that once contacted the Customer Service was excellent. They were fast, efficient and extremely courteous. I will be shopping here again, Im sure.
