Seemed too good to be true: Easy order process, good price, Price Grabber discount applied, free USPS shipping - same day as ordered, great return policies. Only problem was the merchandise: Jabra A210 completely DOA, requiring return. Also was expecting a retail package, as saw nothing indicating otherwise, but received product in a plain ESD bag containing zip-lock bags of main parts with no paperwork & missing some retail package accessories.Customer Service was very good, although they provided a refund instead of the requested replacement (probably because they didnt have retail product?) So I was only out for time and return shipping (although their generous policy claims its covered both ways.) Thats OK, because I ended up buying a fully-working retail version elsewhere at a better price.My product portion of this experience is probably an anomaly since the rest of their operation seems pretty good.

sent the wrong product, returned it, but only got half of what i paid for,but the the live support guy named kevin told me ill get a full refund, waited, still nothing,talked to this guy few times and only told me sorry for the inconvenience,then bye.hate this site.

The selection of the correct memory for my laptop was easy on the Memory Suppliers website and was verified on the order. I was actually surprised at how quickly it arrived. It works great and I am a very happy customer. Would order from them again.

Ordered Sony/SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo 4GB /w MagicGate. Recieved COUNTERFEIT Sony Memory Stick that does not support MagicGate, confirmed with my PSP. Did not respond to my email after 36 hrs, though they advertise a 2-hr response time.Update: Customer support rep contacted me after seeing my review and sent me a upgraded replacement memory stick with next-day shipping.

WARNING: Very slow or nonexistent customer service, and parts are NOT tested before being shipped out.HP print server was shipped fast but was dead on arrival. It would not even power on. I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Went to the web site and sent an e-mail to the RMA department. Its been 2 full business days since I sent the e-mail and have no response so far. Also noticed that the price on the item has been reduced $16 which was almost 20% of my purchase price. This was less than a week after I placed my order. I requested a refund of the difference in my e-mail as well.Edit: 3 days went by so I called. This time they answered immediately and I returned the product for a full refund since I had already bought a working replacement.

First off, they claim same day shipping. I order it Monday morning they shipped it Tuesday and received it Friday. It was DOA and I call to get another one shipped out. Was told well ship one out to day and gave me a RMA #. Called back Wed. because Id asked them to charge me for quicker shipping and they told me they hadnt shipped it till Mon. and youll get it Thurs.. I called Fri. only to be told they will ship it today by 2nd day air. After two weeks nothing. They lied to me from day one. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a 4GB Ultra SanDisk Secure Digital Card and I received a COUNTERFEIT of it. They said I will be reimbursed, but after I returned the product I still didnt get my money back. Their website displays a genuine image of the SanDisk product, but what they deliver is FAKE. Also, I didnt receive the Card Reader advertised to come with the card!! I will never buy from them again and suggest everyone to be aware of these practices.
