This is a hard to find Projector Lamp, it was nice to find someone that has them in stock. Very easy company to do business with.

It was not clear that my item was not in stock until after placing the order. I paid extra money so the item could be shipped as soon as possible, which does not matter now. I very disatisfied with my service.

Presentation Mart did a nice job. When NEC sent my order without some of the pieces, Presentation Mart immediately intervened on my behalf and got the matter corrected. They answered all e-mails very promptly. Good work!

Item arrived in short time and is as advertised. I do not know about charges to credit card as I have not received that bill yet.
