Ill tell everyone I know not to order from this company. 5/4 I placed my order on their website, paid 3day shipping as it showed the item as available. Called the evening it was to arrive. Was appalled to be told that the item wasnt in stock. Was told they hadnt received their shipment & it wouldnt be delivered on time. Called them first thing the next morning to cancel, as I ordered the item from a different company. It was then that I was told my card had already been charged!

I helped my mother in-law order the right digital camera (powershot 720IS) & accessories from TriState Camera.com, including a couple of appropriate 2GB SD Extreme III cards (at $29 each) - and the TriState Camera.com people actually called her on the phone and upsold her 4GB SDHC Class 6 cards (which are for professional use), but they didnt tell her the price difference and she was charged $60 more per card...thats a $120 upcharge - they took advantage of a person that didnt know what questions to ask! Very sleezy and very unprofessional - Thats bad TriState Camera.com very bad!

good thoughts. Because of different shipping address, took a bit longer. I guess the extra precaution is ok.

No. I would NOT recomment them either. After 6 weeks of sitting with a camera that is under warranty, 3 months old, and broken on its own - the main company refuses to repair it becuase TriState sent me a Grey Market Camera! Its useless to me! Completely useless! I cannot pay anyone to repair it nor pay anyone in Europe (where Nikon informed me it was meant to be sold/bought) to repair it becuase its Grey Market. Im out $300! I just want my camera which can be repaired here in the USA!**Update. After sitting on the phone on hold for over an hour, I finally spoke to a man who works at TriState Camera. He informed me to send it in and they would repair it. Im leary on doing this, but am sending it out. Why I am leary? If they repair it, what happens when it breaks in the future? I will not be able to have anyone else repair it but them due to it being Grey Market. I would prefer it be replaced with an actual USA camera, but take what I can get. Will update when I know more
