After waiting 4 weeks for delivery & not getting any response to e-mail inquiries, I called to find out the status. I was told it was being shipped & would take another two weeks to reach my home. The reason for slow shippment was that "it was shipped from the west coast and the truck makes a lot of stops along the way. The next day I received an e-mail asking me to call. When I called, they said the box was damaged during shipment & they would have to ship a replacement product. I asked to cancel the order. They reluctently agreed to cancel the order. I asked for an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I then received an e-mail saying "were sorry, your visa was declined." What a farce.

Great prices. Unfortunately, PCVideoOnlines customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. They have their good reps, but one in particular that Ive dealt with a couple of times, waiting for my order, has been very brief with me. Its seems he likes to quickly shut me up whenever I have an inquiry. I ordered my Samsung LN52A550 on Sunday Sep. 21, 2008. He pushed me into paying an extra $80 for the 7-9 business day delivery. It is now Saturday Oct. 4th and I still do not have my TV. Does something seem wrong about that? Or is it just me? I asked for a tracking number, and he said he couldnt give me one. My buddy ordered the same tv on the same day as me, from amazon.com. He paid less, and he just receved his tv today. This sucks.
