    Very poor communication. I kept e-mailing refurbdepot.com and wouldnt get a response. Then it turned out the item I was ordering was backordered. They didnt tell me this until I actually spoke to a human. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

    there was nothing on the site, that I recall, dealing with delivery info, altho shipping is by UPS ground and is mentioned before even getiing to checkout.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. TOTAL SCAM. I ordered 2 ipods from them for my kids b-days. One arrived defective the second one died 3 days later. I paid $22 for shipping. I now have to pay a $33 restock fee plus another $25 to ship them back. TOTAL cost $80 for absolutely nothing.

    I have ordered from RefurbDepot in the past, and I had a seamless experience. The Sharp TV that I ordered was more new than like new, and I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

    I;m hopeing for a smooth sailing Quik Delivery. Until then I will be remaining alert and on edge.I Received the Product and knew at once it was Junk. The Battery was not chargeable,and was still in someone else,s name and not compatiable with anything. It looked liked they just picked it up out of the Trashcan and put it in a box they found on the ground.And returning it was like pulling teeth.Overall I lost $40.00 so far on what they term a restocking fee. I would not recomend this site to anyone. They are scamers.

    Refurbished products are good. I prefer them because they have all been tested. Ive never had a problem with one yet.
