Hi,My only criticism was about the rebate on my printer. I had spent of heft amount of money, $1700, on my order. I got a Macbook and the offered printer. The printer had a rebate time of 20 days after purchase. I sent the paperwork back on the 20th day and it was postmarked on the 20th day from my purchase, but received a letter back from MacMall that I had missed my rebate date. The rebate seems a bit like a scam to me because you buy it thinking you will get some money back but then could be denied even if you have it postmarked on 20 days exactly. It was very disappointing and definitely colors my returning as a customer.Regards,Mary

This was an absolutely terrible online experience. I purchased an iPod; my credit card was approved online through Mac Malls website, but the next day a person from Credit Card dept called me AT WORK to verify my employment, bank, address, etc. Asked me to wait on hold (again...Im working) for SEVERAL MINUTES while they confirmed my card. I hesitantly gave them my banks phone number to verify my address; this was also approved. Then, later in the day I was contacted a THIRD time by the Credit dept via an email saying my card had been declined and that I needed to call them for further verification. Well, I DID call and promptly cancelled the order. I would never shop with this company again. How many times does my credit need to be approved by one company for one transaction??

There were a lot of issues with the Bill Me Later option, it kept failing and i had to keep going back untill it worked, other than that it was a quick and easy transaction and everything went smoothly.

When I could not add the RAM I wanted to my web order, Herbert Felipe assisted by taking over the process and completed the order of all the items I wanted. He was also able to change the order when I realized I had not given him the correct MacMall number for the computer package.New thoughts as I work with the computer - Perhaps I was expecting more than offered but you loaded Windows and I expected to find the icon on the desktop and it is not there. I have not looked very deep into the computer to find Windows because I want to install my security programs first.

The main page advertises shipping for ups for items under 80 lbs to be $5.99, but when you go to check out there is no 5.99 ups shipping option. The ups shipping option is $8.99. I could not find a coupon code or anything on this site to get that advertised 5.99 shipping rate. I feel like its a bait and switch shipping advertising. I called and asked about the shipping and they said that the advertisement was only for the continental 48 states. Well, I live in WA and its one of the 48 states. So after asking if they would ship to Alaska and Hawaii for 5.99 , they said no and finally honored the correct price. Overall I would say they did a good job. My Laptop came in good packaging and was shipped next day. I am waiting on the rebate now, i hope that works out well. I was really worried about macmall because I ordered my laptop and then saw some really bad reviews. But I am glad everything has worked out well.
