I found excetly what I wanted and the price was right. Also I was able to get a free printer with a rebate. The only issue I had was I had used a credit card that I hardly ever use and confirmation was needed to complete my order which I didnt find out for two days. I havent received my computer yet so will have to see if everything else goes smoothly. Im hoping I am able to get all my rebates in on time.

The overall experience was satisfactory. Your prices are among the best. Products are lacking information. I would like to see more detail on your products. I am shopping for an external hard drive now and would like a firewire 800 drive. Some just say firewire and when I click on the product for details it does not say if it is 400 or 800.

I had used my credit card which was issued from Turkey. customer service requested a long list of documents to approve my order. so I cancelled my order. it was better to cancel it instead of trying to prove my ownership on the card. please reduce the number of the documents you want. by the way I have ordered the same macbook from another place...
