gud1.but why shld be insurance in shipping???n i didnt get my order..it was saying..dat "The item was not actually shipped due to an inventory allocation error, would you like one of the bags on our website or a refund?" so i needed my item..but cldnt get n i get refund...dats not gud...

at the end of the billing was a $2 fee for insurance. Not mentioned before and very unusual. small enough not to bitch but disturbingWhen I received the product it was missing documentation and the driver CD. I got it on line and working on the set up of the device

Wow, that was easy. I have the Sharp 42" Aquos and love it, so I ordered the 32" for the bedroom. I ordered the refurbd model to save some bucks and was a little nervous, but it came perfect with no problems. Fast, easy, and straight forward.
