Ordered several computers and was very pleased. One system was received with incorrect amount of RAM. An email was sent to customer service and I was promptly taken care of. Very pleased with the experience.

I was very disapointed with being able to getting in touch with you. It is impossible to reach anyone when calling the phone # provided. I tried to reach you several times in the past 3 days with questions, not one time has anyone picked up the phone. I also left a email. It is now over 18hrs later, still no responce. I really think it is important to be able to talk to a person when you have questions. Not all questions can be delt with through emails and answering machines.

We had a question via phone, their customer service was top rate. Nice machine. Had an issue come up with the battery. Still working on the prob. Everything in Grade A condition.

There was a discrepancy between the shipping cost shown on pricegrabber and **** site. Vendor did wave charges, but did give me a small discount, which I appreciated.

So far my shopping experience with **** has been a smooth one...hoping the end result will be the same and I will be pleased with the quality of merchandisShipping was fast and easily trackable. Product is amazing and in great working order, and I got it for a fraction of the cost I wouldve payed elsewhere. I couldnt be happier with my experience from this merchant. I will definately use them again if the need arises.

Found the site a few weeks ago with a Google search and email my IT guy about the IBM find for his opinion of the deal. He said good deal - but then I was unable to find the site again the next week and had to get back with him for the web address - thankfully he still had the original email. Looking forward to receiving new tower. Sending an email to me that I had sent one would have help me - since I neglected to write the site name down on my first search. Thank you.

I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A GOOD DISCOUNT. BUT THEY NEED TO RESPOND TO E MAIL FASTER AND ALSO HAVE TELEPHONE RESPONSE AND ACTIVATE THEIR SITE CHAT OPTION.
