I have to give this seller a thumbs down. No where on the product listing did it say that the hard drive I was purchasing was a refurbished drive. The drive I received was marked as factory repaired. It arrived with only one layer of bubble wrap protecting the hard drive on one side. The drive worked and I needed to get my project done, but this company goes on my never order from again listing.Shipping were too expensive.

shipping price was several dollars more than the pricegrabber price listed, and I received an 82.3 GB Hitachi deskstar that was manufactured over three years ago, rather than the Seagate 1 TB hard drive I ordered.I emailed them asking them to ship me the correct product along with a paid shipping label to return the one they sent me.I ordered the product 6/21 and it shipped 6/26 (4 business days later). -Will edit if I hear back from company about exchanging.-Addedum: Emailed company Tuesday (7/8) afternoon around 3 pm. As of Saturday the 12th, Ive received no response.
