The order came in half the time expected and the product is great. My only concern was that I thought the packaging might have been a little more protective but the monitor was in perfect condition although the box was smashed up a bit.

Exceptionally easy to order. Cant beat price especially since I needed the XP Pro OS. I expected delivery in 7 days and got it in less than 48 hours (have no idea how that happened). System is lighting fast. Finally, my wife has a reliable and efficient computer. ACER is the best Ive seen to date and TECHONWEB is a pleasure to do business with!

For work purposes, I could not be home for delivery, Tech would not release the signature requirement. I had to drive 30 miles to Fexdex terminal to pick up the package. Extreme inconvenience . Undoes all that was good about ordering

Due to my poor experience with FedEx, I unfortunately will not be able to shop with your store again. I have had such sad experiences with FedEx. I had stopped using them for a long time, but thought that since I had moved I might get better service in my new neighborhood. I still have yet to receive my order and hope to make it to the FedEx shipping location to pick up my package in person on my own time soon.

Excellent service. Only issue concerned delivery time. Fed Ex could provide no information on time of delivery on July 3rd when I called them after waiting at home for five hours to sign for the package. I had to leave by 2:30 p.m., and if the package had not arrived by then it could not have been delivered until July 7th! Fortunately the Fed Ex truck showed up at 2 p.m.
