    Easy site, logical sequence of screens. I don\t like geting the final cost after typing in my credit card number. Thanks for putting that screen last!

    i order my optical cable last week, and i dont recieve any shipping notice until now. the customer service is horrible, they are lack of responsibility. the cancellation is only work by e-mail, but i still dont get their reply that i should recieve two days earlier.

    Had to go through the order twice when i got to paypal it froze up and i had to reboot my browser, probably not your fault, but i did have to reenter a bunch of info when i got back.

    They sell something that they dont have in stock. the customer service is horrible. Worst experience ever.
