    Not only was my order processed efficiently, but when I called to advise them that I hadnt received it on time, they went out of their way to have it shipped from another facility. When I later needed to return part of the order, they were gracious about that, too!

    My exeperience was great with this merchant. They had the items I wanted in stock and shipped them promptly. I would recomended them to anyone.

    Your survey should include an n/a radio button for all categories in section 3 for people like me who are unable to rank ie out of stock notices. Thanks for your great price and early delivery. At this point I am likely to use your store again.

    While my experience turned out to be overall very good, I initially was not very happy. There was absolutely NO feedback from this merchant after making my purchase other than an acknowledgement of my order. The top-notch merchants keep the buyer updated with order processing updates and, when the item is shipped, a tracking number. Not a word from this merchant. I had to call twice to find out the status of my (very expensive) order. In the end, my item, ordered on a Saturday with overnight shipping, arrived on following the Wednesday. So the order was processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Very good. Hence, I could easily have given this merchant an "excellent" rating. However, lack of communication with the customer has foiled them. Improve this weakness, and they could easily be considered up there with the best online merchants.

    I ordered an A/V receiver on Tuesday and paid $56 for next day shipping, the web site said 4 were in stock. On Wed I received an email saying that "We have been unable to verify some of the information you provided to us on your order. We will not be able to ship your order until we here from you."I called within the hour, and was asked for no info, they just read my shipping address to me and I said it was correct. They also said they couldnt promise it would ship that day, and I said I didnt mind as I simply needed it by Friday evening.On Friday I received an email saying that unfortunately they were out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Yes, after I was already supposed to have it in my hands they finally notified me they dont have any. Great! So in order to get the receiver in time I had to rush out to Circuit City and pay full retail. If Nerds had simply told me when I called they were out of stock I could have ordered from another online retailer.

    Horrible Site to do business with. Ordered a receiver on 11/10/08 didnt get any shipping confirmations or get contacted by the seller whatsoever. Call on 11/14/08 to inquire about my order to find out that it is now on back order when there were "5" in stock at the time I made the purchase. I was never contacted that it was on back order and they can only say that it will "probably ship next Wed." No thanks I will never order from this site again and recommend that nobody ever order from this site. Maybe youll get lucky and your order will be placed correctly but maybe it wont if you like to gamble this is the site for you.
