    The item I ordered (which not only I had paid for and received a confirmation of my purchase email) was later canceled by PC Connection. I found out a few days later when I checked the shipment status & it stated my order had been "canceled." I then called the company to find out why & was informed it was due to their error; they miss-priced the item. When I asked if there was any sort of consolation discount, they said no. They didnt even bother to give me any sort of courtesy discount on the same product from a different brand. Terrible customer service. If this had occurred at a retail location, the store would be forced to honor the price tag but they totally copped out by the mere fact this was an internet sale. I will never shop here again and have informed all my friends and colleagues not to trust the pricing on the site.

    I got an email on this site from the chief computer guy at work. I asked about a smaller computer and he gave me this link in about 1 minute with his best guess for an answer. The site was easy to move around and easy to select choices. Turns out I took his advice and bought the one he said. I\m a little confused on the rebate for the carry case but I\ll get there later.

    When entering new shipping and billing info, it was odd that it would reload the same page or show the same info, and then require you to hit "continue" again. I guess its a way of confirming what you entered, but you can already do that on the "verify" screen. More streamlined for first time customers and entering the information would be nice.
