    Bought Kingston ValueRAM PC133 for Dell Diminsion L700cx. Doesnt work with Dell Dimension L700cx and Directron charges a restocking fee on the incompatible memory. Disappointed with both Kingston and Directron.

    Directron is fantastic!!! I received three phone calls from the guys building my computer informing me of excessive items, or questions regarding the raid being set-up on my system... I would recommend them to anyone... ESPECIALLY anyone interested in a system custom built to your specifications!!!

    I couldve saved a few more bucks had I realized this merchant was in my city and that they have a "order online & pickup at the store" shopping option. Besides this, I feel the merchandise online was well-represented by actual parts received, was packaged well and arrived well before it was actually due.

    Over the years and shopping with multiple online tech vendors, I now order from only two: Directron or Newegg. This is a top-notch store, and one I will be ordering from again.

    First time buyer. Ordered one new Lian-Li Computer Case. Shipped same day as ordered, with good e-mail notification. New case arrived UPS in excellent condition. This was a good transaction, with excellent pricing. Will purchase from them again.
