    Their phone rep was courteous, checked stock, and assured me that they could ship with no delays, unlike some other merchants who take the order as in-stock and then immediately inform you by email that its on back order. Their return policy is very reasonable, and they sell the Hitachi DZ-HS500A video camcorder as a kit with the accessories you really want such as a carrying case, extra battery, cables, etc. that dont come with the camcorder itself. This considerably closes the price gap (less than $100) with some other web stores that use deceptive sales practices. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO B&H!

    very pleased with bh photo. after reading reviews of rock bottom price webtailers, i am very glad we paid a little bit more and received prompt shipping and good tracking ability. will definitely order from bh again.
